What is pomegranate oil?
Pomegranate oil is cold pressed from the seeds of the pomegranate fruit. The oil is orange in colour with a slightly fruity scent.
Pomegranate is a unique oil as it contains high amounts of a rare essential fatty acid called punicic acid (omega 5). It also contains smaller amounts of linoleic acid and oleic fatty acids.
