Epsom salt foot soaks are ideal for tired or sore feet, the epsom salt gently exfoliates the skin while alleviating aches and pains. Our foot soak recipe uses only three simple ingredients: epsom salt, polysorbate 80 and lavender essential oil.
Why use epsom salt?
Epsom salt is a natural occurring compound made up of magnesium, sulfur and oxygen. It is very popular in the wellness and cosmetic industry.
It is known for its therapeutic benefits and is commonly used for easing sore muscles and soothing the skin.
Our epsom salt is FCC grade, meaning it is chemically pure and is produced to a higher standard than technical grade Epsom salt.
Let's have a go at our easy epsom salt foot soak recipe...
Ingredients:

Epsom salt 500g

Polysorbate 80 10g
-
Warm water 5L
Method:
1. Weigh the ingredients

Weigh the epsom salt, lavender essential oil and polysorbate 80
2. Mix everything together

Make sure the oils and salt are fully combined
3. Add the epsom salt foot soak to warm water
-
Run some warm water into a foot basin or foot spa, this recipe requires at least 5 litres of water

Mix the epsom salt mixture into the water

Now submerge your feet in the water and relax!
