What is cold pressed Hemp Seed Oil?
This hemp seed oil is an unrefined, cold pressed carrier oil, which means that it hasn’t been heated to above 35C in the extraction process. It comes packed with essential fatty acids like Omega 3 and 6 which help soothe the skin when applied topically.
Also, hemp seed oil is made like other seed oils - by putting the seeds of hemp plants through a press. Virgin, cold pressed hemp oil is dark green to brown in colour and is often used in skin or haircare recipes
Why should I choose cold pressed hemp seed oil?
Hemp oil is great in hair and skincare recipes, it is less likely to clog pores than other oils. It can also be used to make face treatments because it is highly nutritious and helpful for the skin.
The fatty acids and vitamins in this seed oil help with skin health and prevent breakouts. Also, the fatty acids in hemp seed oil may help balance your skin, preventing inflammation that can cause acne.

How to use
Apply a small amount of hemp oil on dry skin and massage gently. Then, it can be washed off with warm water. You can also use hemp seed oil by rubbing it into extra dry hands or cracked heels and leave overnight.
As a hair treatment for damaged or dry hair, massage a tablespoon of hemp seed oil into your scalp and leave for 10 minutes. After that, shampoo the oil out to condition your hair.
