Our Spearmint essential oil is steam distilled from the Spearmint plant.
Pale yellow in colour, it has a fresh, minty but slightly fruity aroma. Our Spearmint oil is 100% natural and contains no synthetic fragrance. Spearmint essential oil is often used in aromatherapy and diffusers for easing tension and promoting relaxation.
Spearmint essential oil is a fantastic natural ingredient but needs to be used with a little caution. Essential oils can sensitise skin and shouldn't be applied to the skin directly or consumed. Please consult a doctor before use if pregnant and always keep out of reach of children.
